The Unique role of leaders in influencing the transformation of society is untapped. We provide leadership training in peace building, conflict resolution and trauma healing so that leaders can gain skills in conflict resolution for harmonious living in communities. We provide trauma healing training especially in camps and host communities so the leaders and their communities can be healed from traumatic events of war, disaster etc.

Conflict resolution and trauma healing remains a serious human challenge in most countries affected by war in which Uganda is inclusive. Uganda continuously receives refugees from the neighboring countries, which include South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia, and many other countries.  These refugees come to settle in Uganda but with effect of war still visibly seen in their lives. Northern Uganda in particular, has been receiving refugees from South Sudan and accommodating them in camps.
