Kica Transforms Ministry
Kica Transforms Ministry (KTM) is a registered non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Uganda, committed to transforming societies through Christ-centered development work. Founded with a heart for communities recovering from conflict, KTM is driven by the mission to reflect God’s mercy through holistic child development, youth skilling, leadership development, and refugee support. Our vision is simple yet profound: “Societies transformed for development.”
Since its establishment, KTM has passionately served vulnerable children and youth, empowering them with education, skills, mentorship, and care. Through our Holistic Child Development program, several children from post-conflict northern Uganda now have access to basic needs, education, and psychosocial support. Our Leadership Development program has equipped hundreds of church and community leaders with transformative tools to lead recovery and reconciliation efforts. KTM’s Youth Skilling arm is building a vocational institute to prepare youth for the job market and leadership roles. Our Refugee Support initiative is reshaping mindsets through trauma healing, peace-building, and livelihood empowerment.
At KTM, every life touched reflects the mercy and hope we believe in.
